SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping

We process orders within 24 to 72 business hours. Then, depending on product availability, your order will be shipped. If a product is out of stock, we will send you an email to offer an alternative solution. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

All our shipments are insured by the main delivery service in your country, usually La Poste. Shipping fees cover packaging and secure delivery of your package.

Delivery

We primarily use La Poste’s tracked mail service or the local delivery provider to ship orders. Your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox by the postal carrier.

  • Switzerland and France: Free delivery – Estimated delivery time of 3 to 12 business days.*

*Please note that this delivery time is provided by our partners. It is in addition to the processing time, which is 24 to 72 business hours.

Orders are shipped on all business days.

Liability

RomaMillenium cannot be held responsible for postal delays or strikes.

We also advise you to ensure that your mailbox is secure and in your name. RomaMillenium cannot be held responsible if your order is not received for standard delivery (delivery without theft insurance).

By confirming your order, you confirm the address provided. In case of an addressing error, your package will be returned to us, and the order will be refunded (initial shipping costs will not be refunded).

Multiple Orders in the Same Day

Did you place multiple orders on the same day? Send us a message within 24 hours of the first order at shop@romamillenium.com, specifying [Combined Shipping] in the email to combine your orders and have duplicate shipping fees refunded.

It may happen that one of your orders is already being processed, and it will unfortunately be impossible to combine them after the 24-hour window.

Orders are shipped on all business days and may take slightly longer during exceptional periods (e.g., sales, new collection releases).
