Refund policy

RomaMillenium Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous substances, liquids, or flammable gases

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 14-day period following delivery

Canceling or Modifying an Order

All requests to cancel or modify an order must be sent by email to shop@romamillenium.com.

IMPORTANT: For priority processing, please specify in the email subject:

  • [ORDER CANCELLATION] for a cancellation
  • [ORDER MODIFICATION] for a modification

Also include your order number and, in the case of a modification, clear details of your request. If these conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed before the order is shipped.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you have done all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at shop@romamillenium.com.


Sale or Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at shop@romamillenium.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was sent to the purchaser to be forwarded to you later, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.


Shipping Address

At the time of ordering, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Before finalizing your order, we encourage you to verify the accuracy of the shipping address. If the address is incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make the necessary adjustments.


Shipping

To return your product, send it to the postal address provided after your request by email.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In case of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
